I just had my first appointment with this practice after being recommended by my fiancé and his father, and they lived up to every bit of their expectations. My hygienist Emily was very diligent, attentive and gave me wonderful feedback about how to improve my dental hygiene. I recommend this practice tenfold if you want an improved smile. 🦷😁

If I could give zero stars, I would. Four years ago, my husband had several procedures done here that we were told were “necessary.” Shortly after, we received an astronomical bill — and were told insurance didn’t cover it. After multiple phone calls and a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth (all initiated by me), we discovered the claim had actually been denied due to their poor documentation, not because it wasn’t covered. Instead of taking accountability, the front office repeatedly tried to tell me it simply “wasn’t covered.” Only after persistent follow-up did they correct their documentation and resubmit properly. It should not take that many phone calls from a patient to get a basic insurance claim handled correctly. That experience alone was enough for us to leave and find a more competent practice. Fast forward four years. I now have a fantastic new dentist. When I recently had a crown come loose, my new dentist discovered that this office had cemented the access point shut, making a simple repair far more complicated than it needed to be. Went to get a new set of dentures (I have the implants already) and the manager quoted me over $17,000.00 for a full set. She was rude and didn't want to explain to me why it was so much. After trying for about 4 months with her I went to another dentist office and got my dentures for a fair price.

The best of the best!! Took such great care of me & talked me through every step of the way. Evan cleaned my teeth and kept me at ease the whole time & was super gentle. Dr. McNutt is such an expert & explained everything to me, he didn’t overcomplicate anything at all! 10/10 recommend.

My mom recommended this place for me, she is a patient here. I see why she loves it so much…everyone is very courteous and helpful. Stacy was awesome in explaining everything in detail. Dr Cofer was great and very friendly. Front desk was great as well. Ms Andrea and the sweet young lady took excellent care of me. Glad I’ve found my Go to place for dental care.
